Distribution and Habitat
York to Stirling Range, growing in sandy and sandy-clay soils in woodlands and shrublands. Plants often occupy shallow soil pockets on granite outcrops.

Description
Distinguishing Features
It is distinguished from the related Brown-veined Shell Orchid (Pterostylis aspera) by its larger flowers, longer, distinctly curled labellum and inland distribution.
