Stirling Range to Northcliffe, growing in loamy soil amongst boulders.

Description

A rock loving species 80–150 mm high with four to six leaves forming a ground-hugging or ascending basal rosette 16–30 mm across, two to three cauline leaves and one (rarely two) translucent, green and white flowers 7–9 mm across.

Distinguishing Features

It is distinguished from the related Slender Snail Orchid (Pterostylis crispula) by its less numerous, smooth margined rosette leaves, larger flowers and shorter sepals.
