Distribution and Habitat

Boyup Brook to Dunsborough, growing in sandy, sandy-clay and lateritic soils in forests, woodlands and shrublands.

Description

A southern species 250–350 mm high with a loose, ascending rosette of leaves 10–15 mm across, two to four cauline leaves and one (rarely two) translucent, brown-marked, green and white flowers 10–14 mm across.

Distinguishing Features

The hood formed by the dorsal sepal and petals is flattened near the base and the dorsal sepal is distinctively sigmoid in shape.
