East of Eneabba, growing in sandy-clay soils in woodlands and shrublands.

Description

A geographically restricted species 50–120 mm high with three to five leaves forming a ground-hugging basal rosette 14–30 mm across, two to three cauline leaves and one (rarely two) translucent, green and white flowers 4–6 mm across.

Distinguishing Features

It is similar in appearance to Elegant Snail Orchid (Pterostylis scitula) but has a hairy rather than glabrous flower stem.
