Distribution and Habitat
Lesueur National Park to Augusta and eastwards to Cape Arid, growing in forests, woodlands and coastal shrublands.

Description
A common species 200–500 mm (rarely to 600 mm) high with a broad, smooth leaf 50–150 mm long by 10–40 mm wide and up to 15 sky-blue (more rarely, pink, mauve or white) flowers 25–30 mm across.
Distinguishing Features
It is distinguished from the related Lilac Sun Orchid (Thelymitra cornicina) by its usually sky-blue flowers and broader leaf.
