Distribution and Habitat
Augusta to Wellstead with with disjunct populations at Canning Vale and east of Esperance, growing in seasonally wet flats and shallow soil pockets on granite outcrops.

Description
A distinctive species 200–400 mm high with a narrow, smooth leaf 100–180 mm long by 2.5–4 mm wide and up to 10 cream to greenish-cream, purple-blotched flowers 12–15 mm across.
Distinguishing Features
It is distinguished from the other members of the Thelymitra flexuosa complex by its greenish-cream purple blotched flowers.
