Biology
Sarcophaga kappa
has been recorded breeding in bad meat and carrion
(Johnston and Tiegs, 1921; Xue et al., 2011),
and was collected at decayed carrion-baits by KAM.

AUSTRALASIAN/OCEANIAN – (Australia – New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, Western Australia).
