Prostrate annual or short lived perennial forb. Leaves somewhat fleshy, 1.5-8cm long, to 30mm wide, flat, warty or slightly hairy. Flowers small (less than 3mm across), green, with 4 'petals', in groups of 1-2 at the bases of the leaves. Poorly known Vic.
Differs from Tetragonia tetragonioides and Tetragonia moorei in that the flowers have 4 stamens, and the fruiting bodies are 3-8mm in diameter and have 4 spreading wings.
