Succulent annual forb, erect to prostrate to sprawling. Leaves to 10cm long, to 50mm wide, flat, hairless. Young shoots hairy. Flowers yellow-green, with 4 'petals', solitary at the bases of the leaves. Poorly known Vic.
Differs from Tetragonia tetragonioides and Tetragonia eremaea in that the flowers have 4-8 stamens, and the upward projections on the fruiting body are curved inwards. Differs from Tetrragonia eremaea in that the fruiting bodies are 8-15mm in diameter.
