Distribution and Habitat
Margaret River to Albany, growing in sandy soils in forests and woodlands.

Description
A common species 250–400 mm high with a minutely hairy, heart-shaped, ground-hugging leaf 15–20 mm long by 12–16 mm wide and a single dull greenish-yellow and purplish-red flower 3–5 mm across.
Distinguishing Features
It is distinguished from the related Dwarf Hammer Orchid (Drakaea micrantha) by its larger flower and longer labellum.
