North America: British Columbia; South America: Argentina, Chile; Caribbean: Cuba, Haiti (Moraes et al., 2004). New Zealand: Wellington, Nelson, Timaru, West Coast, Hawke's Bay (Collyer, 1982; Zhang, 2001).

Notes

In New Zealand on a wide range of native vegetation, only occasionally on exotic plants (Collyer, 1982).
