- Upward curling of leaves on young plants.  Crinkling or interveinal mottling may be present.

 

- Foliar symptoms may be transitory.

 

- Storage roots may develop longitudinal grooves.

  • Transmitted  by the whitefly Bemisia tabaci.

  • Reported present in Taiwan, Japan and USA.
